I have 4200 hours played on the game, been a player since the launch in the west, my account has 243 roster level. Giving all these information to tell you I’m a player who plays the game. A lot.
Throught my hours spent in the game, AGS had it’s fuckups, it’s ups and downs, but I never felt the need to make a forum account to complain, until this very recent change. This shows you you guys have stooped down to a new level of low.
I sell busses. A lot. It’s actually my bigges income. I sell duo argosses, duo valtans, trio vykasses, trio clowns. I’m not sure if you are aware, but bus payments always happen via auction house. I list a gem for the customer to buy, and they buy it. I also have 13 alts I play on rested constantly. These alts sometimes have an accesory drop that is worth selling than disbanding, and I put them on the market. They usually dont sell and return to me, and I put them for a bit lower again. This goes on until I finally manage to sell the said item.
With the recent change, I can’t do these. I must either not sell anything on the market or I must stop bussing altogether. This change is literally crippling my income and my gameplay. I am not a bot, why am I being punished? Either remove this change and come up with something new, or put a roster level limit to this. Please. You are ruining my game. Thank you.
Was just talking about this. I’d say that any legit players below Roster Lv.80-100 will probably not have enough alts and/or stuff to do in a day to reach the 20 limit cap anyway. Either that or a Stronghold research at like Lv.35+ that expands/unlocks the limit could maybe work also if they do ban waves more often.
Honestly I didn’t think the 20 item limit would affect me all that much/often but I have capped out before the end of my play session both days since the patch and it’s getting quite frustrating.
cant wait for that " really? 20 max listing for low roster? i’m casual with 1 character, 1575 iLevel, never RMT blah blah blah " after they implement this
You must be a beast because the average working hour is what 2080 hours a year so you have been doing over 13 hours a day playing this game and its not even a year old.
Assuming u don’t run brel and keep bussing on 8 chars it’s:
24 listing valtan
24 listing argos
8 listing clown
16 listing vykas (if u always get double payment.)
Bussing alone is 72 a week.
U wanna tell me u drop 48 accessories a week?
Even if u say u wanna sell mats.
Let’s say u wanna sell them u could just sell big stacks let’s assume it’s 20 stacks a week -
Then u still have 28 listing a week for accessories.
Long story short the update shouldn’t bother u, and every other hardcore busser at all. Plus I assume u do run brel and dropped vykas that’s above 40 listing for acc’s.
So we’re fine.
if the change was 20 items per character, that would have been fine IMO since the bots presumably don’t buy character expansions slots, but 20 postings per roster?
What the hell? This is basically insulting
I honestly will be surprised if the game doesn’t straight up die as a consequence of all the players feeling strongly alienated by this decision and moving on to greener pastures where the game at least gives the impression of respecting your time and effort.
Have fun you guys that say ‘20 is fine’ when the only people you can find for content are bots because all the ‘heavy’ players left and your MM guardian raids take 18 minutes because the only other people queuing are full casuals an 95% bots
I’ve passed feedback from another thread on this issue. Using something like roster level to increase (or outright remove) the trade limit is a good idea.
What you are doing wrong in this assumption is adding up the daily limit to a week.
I log in to the game, I check my mail. There are 4 items that I couldn’t manage to sell that return back to me. I put them up with lower price. That’s 4 items.
Later during the day, I enter my chaos gate and sell my solar blessings/solar graces/solar protections. That’s 3 more.
My friend wants to do a valtan bus, we do it 2-man, I sell 3 gems to a customer. We are at 10 now and it hasn’t even been 3 hours since I logged in.
I don’t want to set up a bus, get customers, and have the fear in the back of my head that if I’m going to be able to post a gem or I completely wasted my time and every other person’s time UNTIL it is the time to post the actual gems. They don’t even show you how many items you’ve posted so far, so you never know. In all my hours spent this is the most crippling “feature” they added to the game. And I survived the matchmaking lags at the launch.
