Just stupid to have a perma slow so only a couple of classes have enough movement skills to get out of his many one shot attacks, everyone just gives up when they realize what is happening.
Not exactly an engaging or fun fight. make him attack a little faster and give us our movement for the fight and it would actually be a great fight.
Don’t take the lazy route of making shit hard for the sake of being hard or by crippling the player, make it hard because the boss/fight is actually well thought out and takes skill to defeat.
what vanquished said, get eiberns+berald and you trivialize your weekly ghostships. you pretty much have to actually try to die if you have that sailor buff.
Was the first time doing ghost ship, everyone in my channel left until I was the very last player in there. was pretty salty about it but was also still pretty new at the time.
No I’ve enjoyed every Gaurdian Raid, Abyss dungeon and Argos Phase 1 and 2. I was actually mad they changed the wipe mechanics to high damage for some of the guardians.
Boss mechanics are something I take seriously and really enjoy, if they are difficult but also fair to over come.
At the time Eiberns Wound and the crew were unknown to me and my guild, it’s not like it’s an intuitive way of overcoming those mechanics but made sense when I found out about it.
