I don’t need cheaper pheon (not that I would refused that). I would be ok if transfers between alts didn’t consume those for start. And I still keep hearing KR is like that but can’t real confirmation (aside from everything is better in KR).

no I don’t, pheons are currency covered by real money, and real money only. You can’t purchase them with gold. You can only trade them with other players who purchased them with real money.
Doesn’t matter how much you try to obfuscate it, it’s a fact. Every pheon spent* means direct revenue for the developers.
