Remove Trusted Account System since it just blocks player for no reasons

If you have done both things and have been instructed that all we can do is wait then unfortunately you will have to wait until you receive trusted status, at the moment there is no date or time expectation that I can provide regarding when you will receive it.

I already have it on Steam, so you are confirming what i am still saying that this one is assigned by Lost Ark and not from Steam?

Regarding your question, as it’s explained in our support page Account Restrictions - Support | Amazon Games.

“The first option is for new players to enable the Steam Guard mobile authenticator, and have a Steam profile that’s no longer a ‘Limited User’ account and is Steam Trusted on the platform. This is a path that won’t require making any Lost Ark purchases.”

Being trusted in Steam is just a requirement for one of the ways to gain trusted in Lost Ark. So yes, as Steam informed you, they are not able to assign it in game.

If you really read what you link then you should notice the
“To crack down on bots, fraudulent purchases, scams, and other abuse, we place limits on a player’s account unless it’s trusted by Steam or Amazon Games.”
By steam OR AMAZON GAMES. So basically you can give trust aka since it’s your system then you can do it. When i talked with support it resulted that you can’t do it. But as much i read it then you could assign it.
Another point:
“Lost Ark’s trusted account system exists…”
another proof that it is most your system than the steam’s system.

Resulting all this into: YOU CAN ASSIGN THE TRUSTED ACCOUNT TO PLAYERS WITHOUT EVEN CARE ABOUT STEAM.

Yes, there are two ways to get trusted as you mention, however we are not able to manually give trusted status on our system, so as I said before, you will have to wait to get trusted automatically.

I understand that you do not wish to wait, as a player that is untrusted myself I get it but sadly there is no other way but to wait.

I’m sorry to inform you that I don’t have visibility regarding why not or when you will receive trusted, since you have already activated the Steam Guard mobile authenticator and made a purchase I’m afraid it just a matter of waiting as well.

got similar response 28 days ago, I do understand you can’t do anything about it but tell me to wait, but can someone acknowledge this problem that is blocking new players from playing the game?

And who put that automatic system? it appeared there by magic or has been put by god? i don’t think. Ergo you (not specifically you, but refering to amazon/lost ark) can assign it manually.

There is nothing else I can say without repeating everything I have already said multiple times but in order to provide you and @chaudz with a final and direct response all I can say is this:

We can’t manually assign trusted in our system, if you have done everything listed in our Support page then there is nothing else to do but wait.

Any feedback you have can be shared in our feedback category and any duplicate post will be met with the same response and will be closed.

How much time? cause it’s still more than 1 week that i am waiting and as much i am reading Chaudz is waiting 1 month around. Come on, remove it.
