It was fixed for me, maybe try checking the patch files (i.e. verify integrity of game files) to ensure the patch was fully applied?
I dont think thats the Case. 2 friends of mine have the same problem.
You are free to reroll your pet regardless, it is nothing but a visual bug.
I would try verifying files, but it is possible this bug returned in the latest update – will be moving this to Bug reporting so QA can test and verify.
Regardless, re-rolling pet effects is still free and will not take any of your blue crystals!
