You guys have been looking into this issue for more than a week now and just giving us the same response but, no clear answer. We are losing out on gold and progress in the game and for some of us it’s so bad we can’t do a single thing in lost ark so, what’s the point in even logging in? NA East is where the issue has been happening. We would appreciate a more clear response thank you.
are you guys actually going to fix this issue, or just ignore it like you have been for the past week. No communication whatsoever. Nothing to address the issue. Do you guys even care about your player base or are we just wallets to you.
Still seems to be happening. My daily rested did not contribute to rested bonus and I lost rested last night.
Any idea when they going to fix NA East or are we just going to have to continue disconnecting constantly and not getting our weekly/dailies fixed?
That’s because it’s the new one… It takes one and bring one, but the other two still on the last week cooldown… I’m pretty sure that if this week were the same challenge abyss we would have cooldown on it too…
They’ll probably wont fix it soon so we’ll lose weeks worth of mats and horns, trompets and stuff. And then they’ll give us like 10 utility chest of each as a compensation. LOL
Even to me, ppl thinking about compensation is stupid… I WANT TO PLAY as intended… Don’t care about compensation but please, this bug is taking a lot of content we can’t do…
Agreed there is nothing they would be willing to give worth what we have lost… So I’m not to worried about the compensation I just need the bug fixed so I can play the game… So much gold, honing mats, battle items, ect being lost every day this continues.
Thats my point, were losing ton of mats and they’ll give us compensation thinking its fair and that we’ll be happy even after losing all this gold and mats. It just shows that they don’t care and try to give us things to make us forget.
Lol pretty sure we will never forget. Like remember when chaos wasn’t resetting for 90% of characters? Lost around 50 chaos runs and compensation was 2!
Yeah, the thing that makes me mad is that when they accidentaly sent out pheons and mats they literraly fixed it immediatly and worst thing is these phoens and mats didnt even hurt the gameplay, but when its something game breaking they just ignore it. Starting to think they don’t care about our version and were just a money making to them. So when something that involves gold and real money they jump on it and fix it but when the players are having issues its not a big deal.
What makes me sad is if the bug were the other way (we don’t getting cooldowns and could doing everything without restrictions) they would even disconnected servers and punish any exploiter… But no… As this doesn’t affect their finances directly, doesn’t even matter…
