I have the same timestamp. It’s literally affecting all servers and one character is triggering it to ruin the entire account. That one character is the one that was currently logged on at that moment. But literally all the replies are just asking what server we are on smh.
I wanted to update everyone that is having reset problems. Due to the reset bug effecting multiple different parts of the game, the team is aiming for a fix to be rolled out next week. Compensation will be given to effected players. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate the help brought forward by players providing details!
Next week?? These problems are game breaking and hinder progression, so people are going to fall behind massively. This needs an emergency server maintenance like you guys did for bots for like 18 hours. Why can’t you do the same for actual game breaking issues happening? Why is this bias happening.
Wait why are we not getting an emergengy server maintenance, we’re actually gonna lose brel, clown, vykas and valtan mats + around 20k gold. This loss cannot be replaced with compensation, were actually losing game progression here. We dont want some aura of resonnance compensation type of thing we actually want to play the game. This shouldnt be allowed its actually very disapointing.
this is unacceptable im out of words. never spending a penny on this game again. No way im spending my money on a game that wont even fix game breaking buggs and let their player miss their game progression event.
@ShieldMaiden , how are you going to track who is affected? I have commented on multiple threads and have no idea if anyone has seen my issues. Not once has a moderator said anything about my situation. This is very disheartening that it won’t be taken care of immediately.

If they do im quitting the game i don’t care. Now way they about to make us lose 2 weeks worth of mats, legion raids crafting mats, gold and just give us feathers and aura of resonnace.
I know you have nothing to do with this, but your bosses are not doing a good job as a publisher.
You can’t leave a game with that many problems for that long, no good developer would allow this.
We don’t know whether AGS or SG is to blame for all these bugs and fix delays.
- AGS fault: don’t take it badly, but consider hiring/changing your staff it is clear that they are not trained in handling large games.
- SG fault: Imposing yourself, exploit the clauses of the contract if there are any and remind them that we exist and don’t treat us like the black sheep of the family.
I’m not absolving AGS of any guilt, they’re still at fault. But this falls to SG on just about everything since they’re doing the actual programming and dev code that gets passed onto AGS who then releases it into live. AGS is really server host and middleman for all this bullshit. The way I see it, SG is probably understaffed and has to wait to get information from AGS so it’d take days if not weeks to resolve even minor issues if even to be resolved at all regardless of severity.
lost damn near 2 days for the cash shop, can’t get a fix for this until next week lmfao.
As I said to you in the other thread, time for AGS to get SG in line. Or drop the game.

But… that is a horrible decision, I feel bad for people that are affected by this bug, you should do an emergency maintenance for a problem like that
I have a similar issue. My Midnight Circus and some challenges Guardian raid for this week show “entry count exceeded” but I didn’t play this game after this week’s update. Last week’s issue was for Challenge Abyssal dungeon but it moves to Midnight Circus this week!!!

In hindsight: Two weeks time span to fix it is blasphemous. This issue could have been solved with an emergency hot-fix. It does not seem fair that other players are continuing to gain more resources and gold while on the other hand we have to wait even longer.

Welp, further adding to this disaster - last week my brelshaza was completely locked out, but i could do valtan and kakul. This week… i still can’t do brelshaza, and now ALL of my raids are locked out. literally can’t play the game for two weeks (assuming they even fix it - spoiler alert - not likely), what an absolute joke.
Wow so we have to deal with this for an other week?? When you sent out those pheons to player you IMMEDIATELY sent out an emergency server maintenance. How hard is it to fix this. It’s happening on NA East servers 80-90% of us are effected by this bs some are more effective than others. We could care less about the compensation. It’s always some 10 pheons a battle chest or wait let me guess phoenix plumes. Just get this fix by this week. We have already dealt with this crap for almost 2 weeks now and having us wait an other week is so unacceptable.
