same problem for me.
I could start the run, but while in the loading screen, the bar just reloaded again and I found myself in town again, kicked from the instance.

@edit: sent a ticket, recieved the same answer given by Helianthus. Made the Verify Integrity of game files. Nothing happened. Still blocked for me
After a live chat whit amazon support and a mail received in real life mail box look like they are not able to do anithing manually. So for solve the bug have to wait till the next reset loosing a week. This because amazon is not ready to be a publisher or developer and the server status is really a pain and the support can’t basically put hand in game. It’s not just the abyssal dungeon it’s boss rush and cube also. image loosing the ticket cause of the server as it occour.

Nothing happen!! It’s just the call center basic manual like fastweb wo say to you to reset the modem and the phone call falls but if someone has solved it I’ll take it back
That is terrible. I saw others got reset tickets, but the rest of us…just lose out on dungeons? This bug has cost me 3 dungeons, since it locked me on sea of indolence, yet I cannot progress
