Reset Roster Account (Delete)

Hi,
I understand that it’s possible to recover deleted accounts so is it possible to conversely delete roster account?
I don’t mind if I lose my founder packs/twitch drops but I’d like to just fully reset my roster level so that I can redo the quests and get the drops again.

Thank you for reaching us out and I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.

We have the ability to restore characters, got to the right spot.

I have a question and a request:

Did you delete a whole rooster of characters from a server o just one char?

Now, I need you to provide me your:

Character name exactly written as I was
Server
Region
Level you left it off before deleting it.

I want to delete my roster account that I currently have so that I can reset and start over.

Unfortunately there is no way to delete. Roster means your account on that server you can find more info on this post below -

What happens with Roster Quests if I delete Roster?

You cannot delete Roster. Roster means your account on that server. Even if you delete every character your account still exists, it just have no characters. Your Roster Level is not your highest level character. It is an independent level of its own. You can have zero characters and still retain your Roster level 50. And yes once you gotten them on one character they are gone forever. That is why there is specific warning when you redeem to that effect.
