The description of the Reskin Ticket states that the item can be used until regular maintenance on 9/22/2022, yet it expired an hour before maintenance. It is currently 11:53 PM. I was not able to use it in time because I believed the description of the Reskin Ticket to be true. Is there anything that could be done about this?

I am sorry to hear your re-skin ticket has expired. In general, once expired these items cannot be retrieved again but do feel free to contact support so they can check on your logs and see if any kind of alternative can be put in place. You can do so by going here Contact Us | Amazon Games.
