Restore a deleted character ;C

Hello, dear Lost Ark admins!!
Unfortunately, I deleted my character because my friend picked the same class as me and I told him it is not a problem, I will roll just another one. But little did I know that I saved items in the wrong storage and some important items like Phoenix Plume x50 (from daily login) and some chest are gone now. Is there a way to restore that character??
A new character has the same name as the old deleted one, I hope that is not a problem?
