Restore a deleted character

Hello admins!
I deleted a character on 11/2 because I didn’t like the looks I picked.I also bought a bronze founders pack via Steam but I did not use it on that character.Instead,I used it on the second one I made,which is the same I also made my main right when it was available.Then deleted that first I had made.Now I am getting the message that my main can’t be replaced on registration day and also missing my crystaline aura.I am not sure if the aura is missing because I deleted that first character (even thought I hadn’t used the pack on it) or because of the known issues with auras.
In any case,could I please have my character restored so I won’t be having any possible problems?

Just made it online.So character is back :smile: Crystaline aura seems active while I’m an my character selection,compared to earlier when I didn’t have that one deleted character but it seems I don’t have the perks in-game.In any case,this will be fixed sooner or later so big thanks again for your time!Cheers ^^
