I would like to recover a character, I’ve had no slots left. I deleted some other alts in order to recover which one I would like to and if so is it possible?

Character name: Bloodserkerer
I’m not sure about the name exactly(but it is very similar if not like I’ve mentioned above).
The character(berserker) was deleted yesterday.
Is it possible to recover?
