Restore Deleted Character - Founders Pack

I deleted my first character not realizing that I also lost all of the founder’s pack items as well. Would you be able to assist in restoring the character?

Character Name: Craigzlist

Hello @distantefix , I noticed that if you create a new character on the same server you will still have the Founders title and the pet, so don’t worry :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I don’t remember the name of mine, but I wanted the prime and the twitch drops I had on it to go to my new character, I won’t play that one anymore. is there anything i can do?

I deleted my first character but didnt claim my founders pack. Am I able to claim it on the new char? theres nothing in my product inventory and the shop says its on maintenance

Hello, I also made the mistake of deleting a character that had unused items from the founding pack. I didn’t know the difference between roster and personal storage till it was too late. Can you restore my deleted char plz?

Hello @distantefix. I did the same mistake a day ago. I deleted a character with my sliver’s founder’s pack on Shandi, North America: West, the character’s name was Yasuraka. Is it possible to still restore this character?

Can you please confirm your Class and your sub-class of the char that you deleted by mistake?

Same problem here, I put my founders pack in my stash before deleting a character and it disappeared with the character

Amazon games said they won’t do anything to help me though? Are you able to restore the character that had my founders pack on @GoHi @Nokk @distantefix ?

Here’s the thread that I raised and also a ticket which has now been closed after amazon games said they couldn’t do anything, which doesn’t appear to be the case from this thread?

The character name was Ellhans and server was Kadan (EU). It was a deathblade

First, @KairosBR, drops are server bound. Server bound means they will be only available on the character you claim them and can’t be transfer.

Next, @deadmanproxy, if you haven’t claimed your founders pack on any server it should appear on your product inventory. If you don’t see it you are being affected by this " Missing Premium Content and Store" issue you can found more here: Update on Current Top Issues.

Next, @Yasuraka, in order to try to restore the correct character, we need to confirm your class or you can contact live support whenever you are available (Contact Us | Amazon Games).

Last, but no least, @ellhans, I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused, in order to restore the character I’ll need you to be offline. To have a better communication I’ll recommend you to contact us through a live channel (Contact Us | Amazon Games) and ask for a restoration whenever you are available. Please provide the link to this post to the agent helping you.
