Hello! i was wondering if i could possibly get some assistance in getting 2 of my deleted characters restored. i would like my soulfist and my deathblade restored. they are on the server Antares EUC, i dont remmeber their names tho.

Just ensure you have available character slots and log off the game while I do it, I’ll let you know.
i just bought and unlocked 2 slots. and i have closed the game
Good stuff. I found the characters Bluebelladonna and Scarletspy, both of them have been successfully restored as a courtesy. Take a look and let me know if they’re back.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that I have reviewed the character Slayerfist and this can’t be restored it either.

Thanks for your query about the character restoration. As mentioned by @Kagami we won’t be able to restore any more characters for you this calendar year due to the character restoration limit.
I request you to wait till the next calendar year to be eligible for more restorations on your Lost Ark account.

I tried to restore the Soulfist character for you. Unfortunately the character is not recoverable anymore due to it being deleted prior to it’s server being merged into a different one in the recent server merges, which in some cases can cause the data to not be recoverable anymore. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Unfortunately, The data for the particular character was deleted during the recent server merge and it’s not possible to recover the character anymore.
The only characters above Level 50 which are recoverable from your account are the Glaivier character named “Arthémys” and the Striker character named “Bufón”.
