Unfortunately, dismantling or destroying an item can’t be undone, reason why at this point the guardian fragments can not be recovered.

I’m really sorry to hear about this inconvenience, I’m really do. Unfortunately, at this point there is nothing we can do to recover the destroyed item. The game pops up a notification to make sure you want to destroy the item because the same can not be recovered if deleted.

I accidently dropped my reward from Mari, the secret laboratory entrance tickets. Is there a way to gett that back?

Can you confirm if you dropped the items or if deleted them? If that’s not the case, what exactly happened to the items? As the other agent mentioned, if the items were destroyed or deleted, we can’t recover them.

well the system says deleted. even thou there was no confirmatio window i quess that just happend since i dragged them…
and if they cant be recovered i would like to know why a game like lost ark is incapable of something a 20 year old game is capable of like restoring items.

In this case if they were deleted, there’s nothing else we can do, once deleted, the items can’t be restored. I made a wardancer and grabbed my anniversary gear chest out of storage just to try it on her and forgot to put it back in storage and she got deleted. Is there any way to recover this one time item I can never get another one of. =(
you have to send them ticket or Live chat with them now…
they cant help from forums anymore
