Restore my deleted Shadowhunter please

Hey is it possible to restore my Shadowhunter as nick → Masterjid. I have open available char slot for it.

My current character: Jîdeon server EUC Lazenith

Welcome to the Lost Ark Forums community. We are glad to have you here.

I see that you already have a Glavier character named “Masterjid” on your Lost Ark account in the Europe Central server. I would like to inform you that you cannot have multiple active characters with the same name in the same region.

If you want to restore the Shadowhunter, I request you to either delete the Glavier or change it’s name by purchasing a name change ticket so that we can proceed with restoring the Shadowhunter for you.

Please reply to the same post after freeing up the character name.

sadly i cant delete my glavier cuz its high gear score had full items.
Cant remember exact name it can be Masterjîd with î .
Can you please check it again.

I was able to find the deleted Shadowhunter named “Masterjîd” on Level 58 that has been successfully restored. Please relaunch the game and check if it’s there.
