Restore three deleted characters if possible

Hey, I was wondering if it was possible to restore three characters that I deleted?

I originally deleted them as I was planning to start again on another server and wanted to use the names, since then I decided that I’m going to continue playing on the original server and regret my choice to delete the characters, especially considering that I am unable to get those names back (and these are names I’ve used for many years in games and am quite attached to them)

The characters that I want restored are all on the Central Europe Neria Server and are named as such:
Carashal - Scrapper
Xiansha - Soulfist
Zornoff - Gunslinger

Just incase you need them as proof of who I am, the characters that I currently have on this account/server are as follows:
Suiana - Mage
Asinga - Wardancer (set as Main Character)
Ishaida - Deathblade
Selrinsa - Glaivier
Pepperbelle - Gunner (Female)

We are glad to have you here with us. Let me check on those deleted characters and see if I can restore them, please take into account that when more than 60 days have passed since the deletion of the character we might not be able to recover it, but I will update you in a moment!
Also while I check please check that you have a free character slots in case I am able to restore them and please close the game.

@millergameswiththis awesome, so I just found your information, this is what I have according to what you provided :slight_smile: :

Carashal [Scrapper] lvl 20 Restored
Xiansha [Soulfist] lvl 50 Restored
Zornoff [Gunslinger] lvl 50 Restored

There are 4 other characters that are level 10+ on your account would you like me to list them here and let me know which other one would you like me to restore?

  • Suiana [Sorceress] lvl 12
  • Jeffrico [Sharpshooter] lvl 20
  • Massery [Paladin] lvl 17
  • Vanoira [Sorceress] lvl 20
  • Sadisia [Shadowhunter] lvl 17

In this case please be aware there are only 2 character slots left ! Let me know which ones would you like me to restore
