Restoring characters Blackfang BR

Hello,
I would like to know which characters are available for restoration on my account.
Server: Blackfang
Main Character: Kerrserbe (1445) item level

Indeed I have already spent a lot of money to recreate characters before knowing that we could potentially restore them so I would like to avoid repeating this error

Also can you tell what are the specification for a character to be restore ?

It will be a pleasure to help you restore any character you had delete, is there a character name or the class you remember to find the one you want to restore?

  • I can confirm you the character’s name, class, gear level, and how long ago you deleted. I can’t confirm physical aspects (can’t see them).

Its a wardancer, about to go to T3, i dont remember her name…

I found just one Wardancer, named “Hazae”, level 50 and gear level 1010.00.

Is this the correct one?
