He got the reward chest, while I did not…

In this case I recommend you to Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files and then restart your game, let me know if this works.

Just verified the game files and it responded with a " All files successfully validated".
Will not be able to check if my chest is there before tomorrow evening because of the queue atm.
But I will respond here in due time ^^
i did verify files and i ran the dungeon on hard again, i even let the boss live longer so he teleports us back from his realm. he still didnt leave chest or “promised” rewards that dungeon says it drops. so unless it was solution only meant for Nhyox, it doesnt work.
same for me. I did Heroic first and didn’t get the Heroic Reward Chest, then did normal and got the normal Reward Chest. Verify Integrity with no Errors.

I’m so sorry to hear that after doing all the troubleshooting steps you’re still not able to get the reward, in this case the best thing to do is contact live support so they can check your account and if needed escalate the issue.

I had the same issue with not getting any rewards on hard mode for this dungeon and i contacted the support and all they could tell me is that they cant do anything for me and not grand me the rewards and the developers are working on this problem
so it means i have to wait for a solution i guess…

I didnt get the rewards for both as well, kind of annoyed
The same situation happened to me a few minutes ago. Cleared hard mode inside his rainbow realm, I heard the loot droping but due the the … cutscene it was impossible to pick it up. I run it the second time and it wasn’t there anymore. I did not receive the 1 time reward in the end. Please restore this reward to me.
