When you do them 2 times per week, sometimes you even begin to like them for a bit.
You start missing the sound of the mats getting collected, and the music and feeling of progress.
Don’t bother yourself or anyone else with stupid changes which will not get implemented becuase they’ve been asked for millions of time in every region since the game got out.
I still enjoy them, because I don’t FOMO and I do that when I feel like. Sometimes 3 days in a row, sometimes I don’t do them for 5 days.
I like the raids, I like playing with friends, I like progressing my character, I don’t like spending money for mats. So I do chaos/guardians for the rewards just like anyone else. I don’t like spending 8 hours a week on them so I try to come up with an idea to alleviate that.
when you say you still want the rewards from chaos dungeons, thats why you do this even though you dont like it. its defenitely fomo
you say you like raids , i personally dont like to do 18 raids for example , thats why i do 5-7 per week max
but doing after work some CD/guardians i like to do , because its brainless fun with the game for me
your suggestion is the same like saying , hey , instead of doing 18 raids per week, i want to do 3-4 and get the full reward with a “rested” system when i dont do raids for 2-3 weeks with a character
wouldnt it be the same ? when i suggest hey , give me full raid rewards all 3 weeks even tho i only do 3-4 raids ?
TLDR: Don’t provide feedback and suggestions for this game or you’ll get responses with comments to not play the game. I bet money that you guys don’t vote because your singe vote “won’t matter”.
its pretty simple , there a hundret thousands of games out there
playing the right game is key
changing a settled game for your personal needs is way harder if you have the possibility to choose between difrent options ( games)
when you get critisicm your suggestion ( idea ) to change something
it is the same like you say to the devs , you dont like their idea how they implement it
you dont have to hear on our critics
devs dont have to hear to your critics
thats how it works
someone did something, others repond with their personal opinion to it.
this game is one factor , for some it fits, for others not.
i get that you want to make the game for your personal need ( and others) more fun in every second of the time you spend
but its like politics… everyone has diffrend opinions and in the end you have an abomination noone likes
u can just not doing it also its not a must to do content… u can always do it 1 once a week if u want…
why u think all content is a must to do? let me guess u want the full rewards right with playing less? u dont want missing out the rewards and u felt that u have to do it/must do it no matter what??
seriously u guys take this game too seriously and being FOMO… just admit it u guys are being FOMO. all content are optional thats why they introduced Rest bonus where days u didnt used the Souls and Auras they converted Rest bonus which is to double the rewards present entry from days before(except tickets). thats how Rest Bonus do their work to treat that FOMO wound.
again u can always do your CD once a week if u want
You only want to run them twice a week per character?
Fair enough but you lose 66% of the rewards.
What the OP is asking is flexibility not to impose your your personal schedule and beliefs onto others.
So yea, why not?
PS: People who say, “ you don’t have to do them” they clearly are playing a different game like chaos dungeons and guardian raids are your primary source of silver, shards and HL in the game so if you don’t do them at all you’re literally vertically stagnant and not progressing in any way whatsoever.
It’s not FOMO it’s called “ Playing the game efficiently “
We’re not playing a different game. We might just be more experienced at the same game:
No, it’s called FOMO.
Part of being efficient is not burning out from daillies and quitting the game f or 9 months. You must admit it’s more efficient to earn 33% of rewards every week rather than earn 100% of them every week but burn out and leave for 9 months.
I did just that, and now I learned my lesson.
I’m trying to teach that lesson to others, and I’m not the only one.
It is FOMO and it’s far from efficiency if you burn out from it
Considering you hold no statistics of users profile in the forum I can only assume you think really highly of yourself. I play from day one and i have almost 3k hours so surely im no newby.
That comment added no value or point to my statement so maybe read it again and reflect before writing for the sake of it.
lots of pple quit already bec too many timesinks in game, they just make a clean break of it. Its not just daillies, pace of game is generally slow, loading screens, npc dialogues, cutscenes, legion raid jails etc.
current states of Rest Bonus already flexible…(at least for me) u can used it when u want to use.
nope we play same games only just im not fear of missing out all the rewards… i can always do when i need to. its not a must to do when u have nothing to honned.
i got my shards from Daily login rewards which is i stacked it and weekly challenges also i stacked it.
silvers from Lopangs
Honor Leaps? i just do Guardians raids but i selling those leaps anyway for gold… somehow all my alts got 1k bound leaps that i stacking from doing chaos dung few times a week from argos, oreha legion raid also dont forget UNA weekly and Boss Rush…
then why scared getting less rewards?? skip few days?? when there always tommorow
again i am very sorry for arguing on nonsense things
because its just my personal POV that u guys just having FOMO symptom… u guys want to take a break from games but still wanted to have max reward for playing less dont want to feel left behind with others probably your friends or guild mate??
but all this just a game design on purpose made u FOMO when u left behind they wanted u to swipe. thats is how they make money.
The game design leads to fomo culture. Thats true and I don’t see a reason to blame ppl for it. The game says, if you do two chaos dungeons a day, you will get the maximum rewards. Fine.
Now there is someone not able to play at weekend. This player want the rewards and he also wants to play for it. But he cant for reasons. To blame him as fomo only b/c he wants some compensation due to rested bonus or similar systems feels kinda wrong.
I don’t really know if it is necessary to limit CD/G to two per day and not on a weekly base (14). Maybe it would look stupid to offer the players a weekly todo of like 14 CD and guardians in a row.
Not sure how I would handle it. But if my “time schedule” says, 30 minutes left. Currently I could do 2 CD and than my aura for the day is used up. This takes about 15 minutes. I think I would feel more comfortable with that weekly limit. But I also don’t know how this would affect MM/GF. In this case its not about fomo but about freely usage of my own time.
