If you noticed, I originally suggested that any and all RMT transactions should be met with a perma-ban.
The post your responded to was my reply to someone else who was suggesting that maybe a 2 week ban would be enough.
Because yes, I agree 100% that a permanent ban is the only way to really deter buyers.

Hate to break it to you, but these are likely not 3rd party RMT. Some of them definitely won’t be, some of them may be, but none are 100% RMT. You’re just posting people’s in game names based on your own perception and suspicion on what you think RMT is, and it’s probably wrong.
Besides their easy to achieve i-level (I’ve seen higher F2P), you do realize that most of them are wearing cosmetics that can only be bought with royal crystals? Yeah, they most likely spent legitimately. Not only that, a lot of people are currently trying to push to 5x3 in preparation for Vykas, so them having relic accessories isn’t even a red flag at this point.
