Hello. I made a couple Web Tickets to address this and I’m not sure why but support emailed me back to say that I should post about this on the forums in order for game moderators to be made aware of it and sanction the accounts responsible, so here goes.
Gold sellers and Real Money Transaction producers have moved from simply spamming area chat to sending targeted mail to players instead. I have received 3 of these messages in the last two days, 2 of which were from the same account.
The additional bonus to this is that there is NO WAY to report players from the mailbox. This is a fatal flaw and needs to be changed immediately.
While I’m here, let me also reiterate that it’s absurd that we are punished for diligently reporting and blocking these numerous bots by filling a limited slot in a 100 limit block list.
Add a report function to mail.
Remove the block limit or remove the bots from our list after they are sanctioned.
It’s incredibly disgusting how overrun some areas are by obvious bots. I understand it’s an uphill battle and that you’re doing what you can about it, but these are issues springing up as a consequence and also need to be addressed. Seems to me like you need a bigger team for this right now.
