This comment literally makes no sense lol. You’re asking for everything now and probably were since launch, when they stated that’s not the goal. You know that video games are a business right? It isn’t good business sense to give us everything now. Even if YOU don’t like it, it is better for them to release them at a staggered pace. Not saying once every other month before is ideal, because it’s not, but to ask for them all to be here within 2 months is insane from a business perspective.

Argos did release early but there were plenty of people complaining about the lack of content in 1340-1370, did argos help with this void? No it made it worse if anything but still in the end, people asked for content, they got content and then quit the game because they couldn’t do said content on release, argos isnt even mid t3 content

Im 1394 with one character with weeks to hit 1415 before valtan releases, there is already enough materials in the game if you do the content, before the events like grand prix and event guardian mats were an issue, but now they literally choke you with solar mats and books.

I think when ags release south vern in 2 weeks that the most of the playerbase are still stuck in 1370 somewhere. It takes time to reach 1415 even with all the events, lets see what they are doing
Argos was released fast, and the community showed by having over 200k players quit that it was too fast, now I myself find this really stupid, its like quitting a game in an RPG because they added a free DLC for some endgame content that you where not up to yet, but in the end AGS is gonna see the backlash and corporate being so out of touch is gonna say - delay valtan, then people will complain about no valtan.
Sure argos being released how it was, was a bad idea but its still a reality that so many people quit because argos was released to quickly without enough material sources in the game and people didn’t want to wait a week or two for the content.
That’s where you dont understand things.
I didnt, what i wanted was a smooth start, a start where you stay on T2 for some time, then upgrade to T3, with a 1st goal being 1340 > 1355 > 1370 > 1385 > 1400 and finally 1415.
And yet, they released the goal for many players, being the HL (argos) 1 month after the release, everyone except whales were start T3 or late T2.

Yes, it’s really showing here, i’m pretty sure they make money right now, look at the number of players, look at the different streamers saying this game is dying 2 month after the release.
From a Business perspective, it’s a fail, in every way we can see it.
People right now are asking for different things, stop the censorship, add more skins (which are already in the game), and release the different classes.
What was the moment when you started to believe that losing player, and going against them is the best “business” way ?
If you use the event solars after 1370 every hone till 1395 is either a 100%, 90% or 60% success rate, you will speed through it if you have the silver.
1400-1415 may be rough but Roxx has said that there are more events coming soon and you will have at least two weeks, likely 4 to push IP
Even when destroyer gets a rework whats the problem… The playstyle is the same and u wont loose your hammer

So using the information theyve given us theres 8 days left for them to release it, unless theyre going to delay the April content patch.
- The login cycle ends on the 14th
- We got Argos and Kadan patch at the end of the March login cycle
- The apology article said theyre going to release South Vern “as planned”
- The leaked roadmap had South Vern to be released in the April patch.
Meaning South Vern SHOULD release on the 14th April. If this is the plan then the road map HAS to be released before then as Roxx has said it contains the April and May content plan.
So if its not released this week then it has to be Monday-Wednesday next week. If not then the patch has been delayed.
The problem was how hard it was to reach 1370 not that people don’t want content its just time-gated p2w shit that people don’t like. release hyperexpress with valtan and most people would be happy + honing changes. its really that simple

If you thought we were gonna stay at 1mil+ players you’re, again, delusional. This happens for all games, especially MMO’s. Players don’t like certain things within the game, not related to content, whether it’s honing, gear progression in general, pheons, collectibles, etc. will quit anyway. Then there are ppl who are taking a break, then there’s the bot wave bans. The director himself said that if we had 200k concurrent that would be amazing and guess what, we’re right there. Which for any MMO or game is still insanely good. Some players will come back. I think A LOT of ppl have burned themselves out and need to take a break. But the game is far from dying and if you think it’s dead then you can’t be helped mentally.

I mean shit happens but people need to step back and chill, Argos isn’t going to disappear in a week forever, there has been ample time to reach 1400 by now F2P if you pushed or 1370 due to how many honing % mats they have been shoving down our throats with the events.
It’s like if a new RPG came out, a month after the game was released they added a DLC expansion for people to look forward to when they finished the story and then 200k players quit the game because they couldn’t do this new content on D1, even though its just extra side content you can do down the track.
People are just taking honing way to seriously, they will push to 1370, to 1400 and find out that its not some incredible new world up here, its just more of the same game.
Look I love Zeals, but it’s not confirmed, it’s just speculation because of everything else they’re doing in terms of balancing. Balancing doesn’t necessarily mean rework. If they do and make it a little less clunky, great. If not, idc. I’m still playing the class regardless
