Hi i have a bug with the knowledge transfert to Rohendel. My main is 540 gs and have finished all the quests. But i still can’t use the Rohendel Knowledge transfert.
I don’t really know if i don’t use it correctly, but i have finished the first transfert to Vern.

Your character needs to be 460 ilvl.
I have a similar Issue, I done all rohendel quest line and the first chaos dungeon for 460. I just done Ratik quest.
When i get my alter, and get 460 ilvl I tried to do the first chaos but it tells me i have to do ratik quest first.
I travel with my alter to rohendel and the quest line just start but it should be completed because i did it with my main character.
My characters are main Pimbolate and Pimb on sirius server
Any Knowledge Transfer besides the first only completes that continent story and nothing else, that’s why you need to be at the continent required entry level. Its not a bug. Its just not worth it at all.

That is not bugged, you are only at (2/3) manual clears for the continent. You need to manually clear it one more time before you can knowledge transfer. Notice the RED (2/3) in your screen shot. Also the red letters at the bottom “You have unmet conditions.”
It is not a Bug Guy’s you have to wear the 460 Gear to use the KT 
so just hit the GS and you’re fine thats all.
