Si vous êtes bloquer a la première étape (ouvrir la lettre)
F5 apparait mais “une étrange énergie vous empêche d’ouvrir la lettre”
et si le point de localisation de la quête afficher se trouve à côté du pnj (facteur Sentos à Rothun)
alors parlez au pnj et dans la boite de réception (même si celle-ci est vide)
cliquez sur récupérer toute les pièce jointe sur votre boite de réception vide
La quête se débloque alors instantanément

then talk to the pnj and in the inbox (even if it is empty)
click on get all attachments(the button should be highlighted) on your empty inbox
The quest will be unlocked instantly
