Roxx, by publicly admitting that the punishment for RMT ranges from Temporary to Permanent, you are indirectly encouraging RMT

The difference here is that this is a game and that real life is real life. Real life is a lot more important than a game. In real life, if you get a death penalty, you’re fucking dead. In here if you get a ban? You can make a new account.

put ur suggestion with these complaints together, will ur suggestion work?

If people are already being banned for no reason, then my suggestion would make no difference.

lol dude. We play games to escape real life. Those comparisons are super bad.

Bro, you are more mature than most that want to keep arguing a point because of pride.

Because they also spend money in mari shop, not worth.

I believe it’s a case of Amazon not wanting to ban anyone that has spent money legitimately. Imagine banning someone from your game that has given you more than $1000 before they suddenly decided to get a better deal elsewhere. You slap em on the wrist and they might give you the $1000 next time.

What I recommend they do is make a very public announcement, in game, twitter, forums, email all accounts, saying:

From x date at x time: Anyone who is found to be using RMT will be permanently banned.

I completely agree. The game at this point is ruined and completely impossible to play. Imagine being a new player and trying to figure this out. Surrounded by bundreds of bots for the first 30 hours of your game. Still surrounded by bots for the rest of the story, just incrementally less. All of the prices are ridiculous. Literally every player at level 1490 has cheated to acquire that gold. $10,000 of royal crystals is worth less then $1000 of RMT gold that can be bought without fear of punishment. And they are just trying to find quick ways to increase their revenue before the end of each financial quarter. Amazon had terrible Q2 earnings, harshly dropping the value of their stock. So they’re trying to make as much fast money as possible to correct that before Q3 report. Why else would they release a gacha jar in Summer that nobody wants or expected?

A common theme has been “please release skins, I’m f2p but will buy cosmetics.” They aren’t making as much money from royal crystals because people are cheating with 3rd party gold. Instead of addressing that they decide to release an item that will force the cheaters to buy royal crystals. Yes you can buy the skins from an auction house to dismantle. But for the skins to be sold on AH players have to buy them to resell in AH. This is so infuriating. Please save this game. I’m in love with it and it’s like you’re trying to kill it to make a quick buck without care for it’s future.

This argument is ridiculous. They can manually go through the auction house and mail logs and ban people that have received anything over 10k for a lvl 250 accessory, gear, or level 1 gem. They can go through the mail and ban anyone that received 50k gold* for nothing. If that is a risk raise the ban to 100k+. The issue is they won’t hire a team to solve this. Instead they’re actively hiring additional financial planning and analysis and marketing professionals. They aren’t doing it because it costs money. Their only care is having strong q3 performance after a very weak q2 performance for the company.

ain’t 3kk gold absurd?

Idea punishment for buyer

30 day ban
Gold what was buyed multiplied with -1000
Complet trading locked for the time they need to get there gold back to positive
All chars set to lvl 10 and gear replaced with starting gear
Rosterlevel, collectibels reset
Inventar Full Clear
So that it is like they need to play anything from new but don’t have the possibility to do quest new and have a high negativ count for there gold

AGS openly supports those that RMT otherwise we wouldn’t be seeing bunch of 1500+ ilvls already. They don’t want to ban sources of income even if it hurts the entire player experience by enabling bots.

They don’t need to perma ban if they don’t want to lose a potential customer though. Three day ban is nothing. They just need to remove the gold that was purchased and put people in the negative.

The other thing is punishment needs to be consistent. Some people RMT from week 1 and have never been even temp banned. I guarantee if they caught you 70% of the time rather than .01%, the problem would vanish.

I know 2 people who after reading the forums, have RMT’ed knowing that they won’t get permabanned, they didn’t RMT a lot of gold but it was directly due to comments made by CM’s (Not blaming the CM’s though). Something needs to be done to people who have been caught RMT’ing, sure if it’s a small amount, remove the gold value x2 or something, but any large RMT’s should be flat out perma banned, especially if they did it multiple times.

Players wjll keep RMTing until they get banned. Then they’ll stop since its only like what 3 days? By then they’re probably already geared up.

If every RMT players get perma banned, I bet more than 50% of players in the high 1400s will be gone. It could be the reason why AGS wont ban them :joy:

No need for ban just put them in negative gold and replace all their gear with 1302 blue gear and accessories and reset their engravings
