@Roxx - EUC Servers disconnect every 15/20 min after patch

@Roxx Hello,

Please pass to your team that we need for sure an hotfix today, everybody being disconnected every 15/20 min, EAC seems the main cause.

1hr and 32min and counting without a word from AGS. Its just the usual thursday night patch issues (and lets be honest we new this would happen) but atleast you can log in i cant get past the character select screen lol

been on for 1 1/2 half hour now.
So sound like isp routing issue.

same problem here. I first looked at the new features after the patch and then went into the Chaos Dungeon and had Disonnects in both dungeons. I took a 1 hour break between each attempt.

Just got disconnected too, was on for like an hour.

I got DC every 20 minutes or so.

We are aware of the disconnections and our team is actively investigating what’s causing them. Once we have more information, we’ll share it.

Unfortunately it’s unplayable at the moment.
It’s getting tiresome, honestly.

If you are on the topic already ask already for refunds.

People lost rest bonuses, Valtan Lockouts etc etc because of the disconnects and since a server reset isn’t possible just ask already for refunds for all sorts of stuff.

I was lucky. I just did chaos dungeon. Got to 100% and then the disconnect after about 20 secs I think. Well I am not going to do any of my dailies until this gets fixed
Very sad for the people who lost the rewards because of it :smiling_face_with_tear:

euc KEEPS CRASHING and no una task is working even the ALT +F4 is not working

Vultan lockouts you can use the Amazon gaming support. They have a support for that.

Our team is working to fix the disconnections that players in all regions are experiencing. We’ll implement it at 06:15am PT / 3:15pm CEST

This will disconnect all players but you should be able to reconnect immediately afterwards.

Can you guys make sure you post the time on the in game banner with EU in mind? It only showed PDT, a time zone we don’t even use. By the time I looked it up I was kicked anyway…

Will we get some compensation? I mean I would be fine if I only got my Chaos Gate entrance back, because that’s the only thing affected me with the disconnect :confused:
