While the post by @Roxx is rather vague and could have been directed more at the people fighting with eachother within the thread - the post from the member of the CS team is very clear. There is obviously some disagreement internally on how to approach this - which is likely why the subject has not been addressed.

As far as I’m concerned party’s outside of the raid works like dictatorships/monarchy. The lead has 100% control who to take and who not in his party.
As soon as the party loads into the instanced encounter it switches to a “democracy” where decisions are made by vote. The system don’t allows “abuse” I find the question funny on the other hand I see where ur coming from cause the different statements.
But let me tell u this. I’m fairly active in the forum and play since day one. And I never encountered anyone who got punished for kicking someone else. And we had critical topics like ppl who got kicked a second before the guardien dies - even them didn’t get punished. So I highly doubt that anything near “kick abuse” is a valid reason for a report.

Bruh, I think if Roxx was going to respond to you she would have done so by now. Stop being so damn dramatic, I haven’t heard even one story of a person getting kicked by a group of trolls. There’s PLENTY of far more important things to address, move on.

How do you even prove to them that something was ‘kick abuse’?
Just report for harassment or something, type your case in the chat box, and maybe something happens. Then move on with your day,
Currently the staff and support of Lost Ark NA/EU do not have the same response to kick abuse. I ask that there be a single message that clarifies the situation. Whether “for” or “against” kick abuse.
It is not kick abuse, it is called democracy. If majority want you to act a certain way 75%, they have the right to kick you, nothing abused in that.
I mean, we don’t know what you feel is toxic, If you got kicked for refusing to use battle items, and they just voted you out but didn’t shit talk you, that’s not toxic.
Whether it’s toxic or not is not the issue. The subject here is to have a unique and official communication on the subject. Please respect this.

But the most recent we got was roxx who said the ingame kick feature works as Intended and getting kicked is no abuse.
