Roxx, Please help with the Valtan Entry!

I lost the Valtan entry last Friday due to the “Announced Maintenance”.

Quote," The team has gone back into the system and sent out an additional batch for those who may have been affected by the issues over the weekend and not received their re-entry tickets. Appreciate the continued reports, and thanks for your patience!!." - Roxx

I got locked out for a week and wasn’t able to do the content because of the maintenance. I didn’t finish the content nor kill the boss and claim any rewards. I haven’t yet received the re-entry ticket.

Quote, “Raids that end through a quit vote while none of the Gate rewards have been claimed will not consume the entry count.”

Quote, “A Legion raid that has consumed an entry count cant be played repeatedly until cleared.”

I talked to different live chat representatives in the past few days. Some say I am eligible for the re-entry ticket, some say I lost it and count it as completed.

This never gets resolved.

I’m so sorry for got disconnected from Valtan Dungeon and for the long delay in responding to your post.

I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage.
