and that is not right. it is what makes people mad because we know that we are screwed even if they do fix it. we lost our dailies and login reset. and nothing will be given back and we will live in fear of it happening again

You are probably right but I hope you are wrong.
They really need to add a gesture of good faith a free character slot, 30 days crystalline aura, some thing. Making mistakes happens, it’s what you do about those mistakes that matters. Who would want to play a game that requires 100xhours or 100xdollars just to play the game and on top of that you run the risk of getting banned for trying to make a joke or taking your dog for a walk or if you forgot to close the game or had some kind of medical emergency and left the game running and you come home to find your banned and sick. they are the same exact thing at the end of the day. Time = Money and no one wants to waste either on fruitless ventures.

agreed mistakes happen…but…
daily materials…
missing events…
daily log in rewards resetting and not being able to claim all month cuz they are only out for a limited time…
these are things that make me want to just give up and cry
i mean…theres no way we got banned for being afk thats just way too much…we get kicked for afk…that sound about right…
Its interesting that we get banned for playing too much time in a game that requires enormous amounts of grinding…

Don’t even get me started, I’ve been stuck at top of t2 with 1093.33 for the whole week, was about to get my alt to t2 to feed mats and I get banned. Now I’m gonna miss dailies and might miss the weeklies depending on how this situation turns out. If I was “cheating” and “RMT-ing”, I’d be at 1400s decked out with the rest of the whales and not stuck at t2 grinding my ass off and picking 1000 mokoko seeds. Rant over, just wanted to vent.

I think you get those for total days logged in, not specifically on day 10. But who knows, whatever, don’t care anymore.

exactly… why am i just banned. what did i do. i have pics of all my purchases. i stream all my 300+ hours 10+ hours a day on twitch. i did nothing wrong
