It’s simple, it’s called just doing the job badly. The facts prove that with each new update, the content is not checked, badly translated, full of bugs of all kinds. Then we have to give a chance to small businesses that have little means, everyone has the right to make mistakes, especially when you start in the metier.

Edit: Also happening with the Support Honing material chests, so Im guessing it affects all of those chests.
did i do something wrong on my end? is my iLVL too high or too low to use the chest?

Did you just call amazon “small business”???
These chests were initially able to be moved to the roster storage. There was a hot-fix that I’m assuming was meant to disable that feature. Because of the hot fix, people can no longer open the items at the moment. It’ll probably be addressed within the next 12 hours.

Amazon sure isnt a small company there fred.
How do you honestly have the energy to feel this heavy about such a small issue. Let them try to communicate and work it out before you get the pitchforks or write a 1 star review.

Because they are not aware of their incompetence and the contempt they have for the players. Every update, EVERY UPDATE, there is a problem. This is not serious. Just because it’s a game doesn’t mean it should be trashed that way. This is the minimum of respect they must have towards us. Your boss pays you so that you do your job correctly, not that your past mistakes are still present even after 1 year of launch. When there is a problem in the shop, they are the first to react, but the rest have to wait weeks and weeks for it to be resolved. Sorry but they don’t deserve any compensation, especially when you see the questionable and unhonest communication from AGS
small issue hahahah, literally every patch in the last year they broke something, go get more copium

You wanna know the funny part? Yeasterday me and my mates were talking about this and thought that mats being roster bound must be a mistake. It’s too good to be true. But even after a year of one idiotic fuck up after another from AGS, we had hoped they learned from the whole pheon fiasco. We expected AGS to patch the frog on next reset. Oh how naive of us…
