I commented nothing about any pheons. Your original message I replied to, said nothing directly about any pheons either.
My screenshot which I took for entirely different reasons, shows you can read mail immediately leaving Trixion, right from the boat.
It was your sorry ass who went all the way to Prideholme to read mail. In the process, you became level 10 or 11. In that, you caused the character to be not instantly deletable, assuming you would be at least correct about that. As that early stage with Armen before Prideholme can’t be skipped, I won’t test it.
It was, apparently, your sorry ass who tried to abuse this. Why? Probably because you heard someone doing it.
Since I never tried to abuse anything, so I wouldn’t know anything specific about that. The ones who know for sure if, and how, it was abusable, would be the ones that did it.
People with common sense should be able to understand AGS didn’t go batshit for 10 “accidentally” given pheons, because it’s really nothing, and for few players with >10 chars, it’s still nothing.
I checked that character because I was curious back then if literally all characters got the 10 pheons, or if there was like level 50 requirement.
All I know it takes less than 5 seconds to delete a char, as long as that char is fresh enough.
I see you really lack any sort of reading comprehension which is a bit sad. You can delete a toon parked at trixion but you can’t open the mail there. Once you leave it and choose a class the deletion period comes in. This also exists for characters you made waiting in trixion (including my reaper). If you could delete and recreate then again congrats you stumbled into something I cannot replicate.
You tell people their wrong, you tell peopel to read so you can kindly go to reddit, watch some streams, visit some discords. Congrats again on your 10 pheons because you sure get triggered easily.

There has to be a reason why after all day no one has yet to provide actual proof of an exploit related to this. Once trust is lost its nearly impossible to earn back.

Because there wasn’t one. Even the tweet that Laufie made seemed like there was gonna be something but she admitted it was a screenshot of “someone that knows someone” aka random person.
The community will not forget something like this.
Maintenance for 5 hours to try to scrape Pheon but too incompetent to finish the job, so let’s make up something and pretend that’s why. Think about it. They’d rather actively stop players from playing the fucking game, to try to pry more Pheon away, instead of just taking a W with the community. There is no trust going forward.

Yes its all fake. On Na East and West (I can confirm cuz I tried it on East and Ik some1 on west) we tried it DIRECTLY after claiming all mail on our toons, it DID not work. Unless there was a more round about way that only a few select found. There was no exploit. Any character made before the mail was sent out got the mail, Even if you hadn’t logged onto them since creation.

There was no exploit. I created a new char at 10 AM CET on EUC (no email problem at that hour) and played until i could learn the horse mount. Nothing, no email. I`m 100% sure only lvl 50 chars (prob min 1302ilvl) could get the email.
Think about it logically. If I send an email to a distribution list (all characters) everyone in that group gets the email. If I add someone to that group AFTER the initial email, does that new person get the email? No, of course not, unless it’s a recurring task, which all indications point to this being a one time sent mail.
