So, I purchased a 99.99 royal crystal bundle in game. Steam says the money was added to my wallet via paypal (paypal shows the deduction from my acct) and shows a succesful purchase of the royal crystals. However the royal crystals never arrived in game. Amazon says this is a smilegate issue, so support forwarded my ticket to them, for them to return and say that " Correct. If you do not have your Royal Crystal means that it was not processed correctly. Normally, that should be reverted automatically. Developers stated they do not have those funds, and that you should contact Steam for that."
However, steam does not offer any in game returns for lost ark and say you must contact the game publisher directly. SOOOOOO they (the amazonians) say they are escalating the ticket issue with the game devs.
Has anyone else run into this. I don’t want to cancel the charge via paypal to then all of a sudden get screwed over or worse, banned because my account suddenly gets royal crystals that were refunded or not paid for.
