Hello, did the update break the cash shop can anyone confirm?

I purchased 12k Royal Crystals and everything was working fine, on my second Royal Crystal purchase, I got the message “Purchase Failed”.

I know that I have not reached the daily limit, and this is the first time I’ve experienced this issue. Perhaps there is a weekly hidden limit?. Could any CMs investigate please. Thank you.
