Has anyone also experienced Royal Crystals purchases failure?
I can’t buy them since yesterday.
Either the shop window is bugged or there’s a pop up window : Purchase Failure.
How to solve it? 
I know what happen to you. Go on lost ark icon on steam and right click.
Properties. > General > enable the steam overlay while in game.

He can’t get up the windows This peoblem I hade befor then I found it was on steam. That I show him
Purchase failure can happen if account gets flagged for suspicious activity. Happened for me when I tried to upload cash to my steam acc and method I was using wasnt available, page just didnt load so I canceled transaction few times and acc got flagged. For few days couldnt buy crystals but after 2days it was back to normal.

I had the issue and kept looking in the game inventory for them to show up but in fact they only show up in shop bottom left, as far as I know. It would be good to have them show in game like the blue crystal
S and gold etc.
