Was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with their royal crystals being used up when they clicked cancel transaction in the royal crystal to gold window…
My story is I was looking to purchase blue crystals with gold but was in the royal crystals tab and when the option to proceed or cancel popped up, I clicked cancel but the transaction proceeded to go through and it used up my royal crystals for gold.
I have reached out to get support however the support team seems to say that this was my fault and I did not attempt to cancel the transaction. I am just trying to see how many others have experienced this issue.
