If you accept the Guide Quest for Runes, but don’t finish it. Then boost another character with the powerpass it auto completes the quest but your runes remain locked. I am into T3 content and still cannot use runes and the quest is labeled as completed now.

Ouh so thats why this happened. Is there way to get support deny my guest so i can actually do it
I asked support about this and thay made ticked about this problem and promised response in 3-5days from ticketing team.
