Hello,
I bought a Crystalline Aura from the shop a few days ago, probably on 02/20 (This was the day I bought 475 crystals with gold), but I havent claimed the item from Product Inventory.
Today I bought a new Crystalline Aura and claimed it to my char inventory and I figured out the previous one was disapear from my Product Inventory. Tried to relog into the game, into the steam, but the item is still missing. I also checked both my characters inventory to check if the item is there.

I’m sorry to hear about your crystalline aura disappearing. This is still an on-going issue that’s under investigation by the Dev team.
In this case, if you want to try something yourself, please verify the game files on Steam:
Close Lost Ark completely
Force Stops Steam
Run Steam as administrator
Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
Re-launch Lost Ark.
