SA Region problems not even recognized by AGS/SG

Just read your letter to the community and besides that being good changes, still nothing the SA community been asking since the game release is being acknowledged, like regionalized prices for example.

While in-game economy in NA and EU are similar (look at BC prices for example), SA economy still a problem with BC costing around 5,3k Gold for 95 BC.

This is still a problem and will be forever a problem if we don’t have regionalized prices to match our real life economic reality. Our countries do not use US Dollar and having the prices based on that make everything too expensive for most of your players from our region, which explains why the BC prices are forever this high.

Please consider doing something related to our region. If it really can’t be done then just close SA servers and merge it with NA, so we can enjoy a better in-game economy.

The fact that no one has replied to this is very telling. We will continue to be ignored, we don’t even get a role in the discord server, let alone an acknowledgement to our problems. Everyday I think about switching to NA and then remember I have 4500 hours of progression in SA.

+1, but not gonna happen; they are going to shut down entire SA servers before it happens

I certainly don’t want SA merged with NA, it would just devastate our prices.

And it’ll be a good day for all since all these pointless SA posts can stop as well.

I didn’t see the 20 listing limit being acknowledged either

Loved the letter from AGS and Smilegate, but also noticed the total absence of the server merge :frowning:

I play on EUW (as it was impossible to start on EUC when the game launched).
The difference from EUC to EUW is huge, and if they want us all to play and have the most fun, they need to figure out how to make server merges.
I don’t believe in account transferer, that will only lead to misery for those players that can’t afford that, and they will be left on an even more dead server.

Please AGS and Smilegate, fix this problem asap thank you.

lets gooooo BRICS fuck the dollar :3

no region merge incoming, else euw would be merged with euc already

Yup, screw them, who needs 5k concurrent anyway, right?

Just a reminder that because something wasn’t addressed in the letter does it mean that we’re not also working on or looking into other topics.

Thanks for feedback.

I understand that, sure, but would be nice to mention something in future communications, even if it’s just a “we’re working with SG to find a solution for low population servers and region-specific economic problems”.

We are aware of the issue of low population on some servers and we’re currently looking into it.

This has always been the soft answer we been getting since release for South America. “We are working on it” and one year later we still getting the same answer.

At this point if we are that irrelevant and low priority just go to the easy route and merge NA and SA economy please. We are playing in hard mode and paying triple the price of blue crystals vs any other region since release. Let this nightmare be over

the game doesn’t even have support in our language or translation (portuguese). They will not regionalize prices.

My idea would be that they merge the market of all western servers (only the market, not content)

a lot of people don’t play the game because don’t have localization into portuguese/brazilian.

This is not a problem for me, but for the casual players is.

diablo 4, league of legends, fortinite, and a lot of games with servers in SA have regional localization with dubbing in pt-br.

You could start there. If you want a game with a large population, start by translating the game into other languages. The game will never be attractive to many people until it is localized, they will prefer to go to diablo 4, path of exile, and other games. Brazil is a huge market for mmorpgs, we have a history of population records in countless games of this style. They are missing out on a huge market.

im sorry but Europe has a ton of countries with different languages and only the big countries get exclusive localisation.

have you seen many MMORPGs being localised in all languages?
