Not sure if this has been posted here before but I found a recent issue with the Saved Character Customizations. Prior to the Thursday backend update, all my saved Customizations worked perfectly (including saved customizations that I obtained from users in KR). However, after the update this past Thursday, it seems to be completely broke. None of my past customizations work anymore and they get corrupted & deleted once I try to load them in, I tried verifying the integrity of my games files but it still remains broken. Anyone else had an issue of this sort?

I saw another post about the same thing since I want to know what happened to preset as well. The support team member says it has been reported to dev team but I doubt it will get fixed before the next patch.

There are a few threads up about this topic at the moment and the development team is looking into the problem.
