I imagine support is swamped. America is an ideologically divided country, not even natural English speaking Americans could moderate this. It is an impossible task and waste of resources. It is clear that the mods not natural English speakers, or even American. The word username is censored. Consider only moderating illegal comments/serious threats/etc.
Your community moderation system is broken. If it is the same one used on the eastern servers, that imagined worked–then it is not applicable to westerners.

I have only typed a few messages and it seems this game has the worst filter I’ve ever seen.
I was alone in front of a world boss so I tried to tell people the boss was here but I was alone, and “I’m alone” got censored.
Let me communicate.

They are censoring a language from a culture they clearly do not understand.
The filter is a joke. I’m German, and in German there’s the word “weniger” meaning “less” or “fewer” in English. But as the word is spelled containing “niger” which is similar to the N-word, it’s censored. Well, sorry but it’s my language. I never even realized that similarity because the N-word isn’t really a common thing in Germany. So we can’t even say “There are fewer people in Channel 5” → It becomes “There are ***** people in Channel 5” - wait, what?
I must compliment the translation in general and the synchronization team as well - but whoever developed this filter has no idea whatsoever how language works!

was wondering about that, I took german in HS. I wonder what they did for Spanish copies? The only word they have for black is negro I believe.
In American English, the racial slurs gook and chink are uncensored in game, which is funny to me. I am guessing the creators of this game don’t actually care and were forced to do this by stakeholders. If they cared they would have censored slurs for their own people.
Does the eastern version have a word filter like this? Or is this just a western device?
