“AT THIS POINT IN TIME” means that 22 days ago, she didnt have any news regarding progression events with Scouter.
Apparently now, they know.

the one from 4 days ago is talking about the ARK PASS a very specific event. Does she state something about a progression event to celebrate the Scouters release?
I’m hardly on the forums what is an ark pass?
It’s like a Battle Pass where you do X missions and you get rewards, outfits, materials, etc.
It’s a very cool event! (It’s the one we got in April with the panther mount and the “Luxury” Skins)

maybe, just maybe, it is the ‘story express’ event, which requires you to complete story quests of a region to instantly receive gear to do the next story quest until punika, and then it gives you a chest with some useful t3 stuff, probably enough to get to 1340 by now. better than nothing 
but don’t get your hopes up too much. as someone else said, it could very well just be another event shop. which… is still better than nothing ig? lol.

Her Post is 22d old and by now we know all to well how close to release they get full information on the Patchnotes.
Roxx just told us what she knew at the time!
Also them not stating what exactly the event is going to be might even be because our CM’s brought the feedback in so many times that they now changed their minds and haven’t figured out what event they wanna implement yet.

Hope it’s the same thing we got last time. The boost from 1302-1370 , but instead it starts at 1415. That would be dope.
No thank you on story missions, I really don’t want to play the game again, but want to use the event on scouter as it’s the 6th class to my roster.
But 1340 doesn’t get you ready for legions should be at least 1415 then no?
