I was doing the second awakening questline, and when I completed the step “[Journey] Trust and Signals”, the next step, “[Journey] Encrypted Memory Chip”, didn’t come up. The Trust and Signals quest appears as complete in my quest journal, but no sign of the next one anywhere.
