I cannot claim the second founders pack on the new server. The Product Inventory doesn’t contain my platinum or bronze founders pack, but there is a notification next to it saying “2”. I assume they’re in there I just can’t see them. Any advice?
So I logged out and back in and those notifications were a twitch drop and 3 day aura. Neither of my founders packs are there.
I have the same issue. I created a character on a different server to play with my amigos since the servers were locked and i’m not getting my second plat founder pack.
Shame that we don’t know when we will receive the pack. I will most likely stick to my server I redeemed my current one now unless they give it to us soon.
