I’m sorry that you’re not able to claim the second Founders pack, for this try to reload the game and check if the pack is delivered properly if not it will be better to contact us directly (Contact Us | Amazon Games)
Just as a reminder you can only claim one of each founders pack per account (you can claim both a bronze and silver but not two bronze)
