Second platinum pack gave me wrong skin

Hey im a striker main and i was hoping to get Aeon Aura skin from this second platinum skin pack,
but instead i got Destined Aura gauntlets, so please can u fix this bug and remove me destined aura gauntlets and put my ‘‘Aeon aura skin’’
