Hello when i finished vern and got 50 i recived a powerpass which i used to boost another character to 50. I then got another powerpass in the mail which i have yet to redeem. However today when i checked, the powerpass in no longer in the mail and is no where to be found.

Sorry to hear that your power pass disappeared from your mail.
Just to confirm, when making a new character, when you click on the power pass button does it tell you no power pass is available?
If not, please run a Steam file verification to check if any files need to be reacquired: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
If this is not the case, please contact us through a live channel so we can take a look at this
