Heya, I am unable to find update on this - but my secondary founder pack has not pop up for me to claim?

I’ve asked both ticket support and live support. Neither seem to have an answer or a clue what is happening in regards to the founders packs.
It’s frustrating for those of us who re-rolled based on their encouragement to do so, and have been left abandoned with no news since.
I understand they have more important issues ongoing with servers, the store and other bits and bobs. But, an update on the situation wouldn’t go a miss. That is the only feedback I can currently provide on the whole launch.
Yes, its a bit concerning - specially I spent some of the royals in that server and as far as I am told that is just wasted. But if I had not re-rolled I would be in queue 6-8 hours a day at which point - I rather not even play lol so I ended up having to reroll in NA 
I just asked live support and was told “it’s not deployed yet”.
