Anything dealing with the “Developer Quest” on Island X-301, also known as the “Land of Truth” quest, intentionally has crazy gibberish like that.

It’s confusing if you haven’t actually done the quest.

After you do the quest, it makes sense.

If you have time, do that quest chain. It’s arguably the best quest in Lost Ark. It is also needed to get an emote which you will need to rapport a later NPC.
